Verity Rudzinski traveled the world as a professional ballet dancer, has an honors degree in human nutrition, and worked as a research and clinical dietitian in London, UK. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California, with her British husband, their twelve-year-old son, and two rescue pups.

Verity is a passionate animal lover, and her interest in cryptozoology peaked when her son became a fan of the Komodo dragon. They have been researching the subject of cryptids together ever since.

Verity is a published author (through the global publishing company John Wiley and Sons) for her clinical work in the field of food misuse.

The combination of entering motherhood and an overactive imagination launched her into writing her first Middle Grade fantasy book.
