I am a Charmer and I’m also the Academy flying teacher. My main focus is training all new recruits with this special skill so they can use it in conjunction with their own unique ability. We have a flying room to teach the basics, but once students advance, there is a retractable ceiling so budding flyers can practice outside. One thing to be cautious of... there is a small door in the flying room for expert flyers only. This must never be used without my permission.
